KUD Godba Črnomelj is an orchestra with 152 years of tradition. They are strongly involved in the local events of Črnomelj and the wider surroundings. Two independent concerts are planned every summer and the second is on Saturday, 9th of June, 2018 at 10am during the Črnomelj market on the platform between the church of St. Petar and the Črnomelj Music School.
What kind of music will they play? Well, the type of music will vary, since Godba plays broad genres. There's a chance that you're gonna listen to your favorite movie soundtrack, popular Slovenian hits and traditional folk music. They will spice it up with hits by The Doors, AC/DC and ABBA.
Treat yourself to an exciting musical experience under dirigent Iztok Štrucelj, who took over the conductive stick eight years ago and successfully continued the musical story of Črnomelj.
