Mr. B is well known as Mr. Know-it-all. This year he realized that culture, art and design are pathways he should follow. And, smart guy as he is – he discovered one of the biggest design festivals in region – Zagreb Design Week and decided to have a close look to regional finest designs and most exciting designers. He couldn’t find better way to start newest BIG BERRY project – Design Year Project with its two activities Fashion Design and Product Design.
During the opening of the Zagreb Design Week, he had the opportunity to see the amazing work of one of the BIG BERRY designers he is so proud of: Tanja Pađan. She created her own brand Kiss the Future and is now among the nominees for ZGDW Award. In addition to that, he had the chance to run into some of designers who will help him in transforming BIG BERRY into a total design resort – Tea Tadej, product designer and head of art department in Prima and Damla Teoman product designer from IKEA. Both of them were radiant and very welcoming, and definitely contributed to this delightful moment.
Mr. B really enjoyed this night in Zagreb. Not only he enjoyed the opening, the company of those two great designers and all those fresh and creative energies, he also enjoyed the city in itself and its convivial atmosphere.
At the end of the night, when it was time to come back to Kolpa River, he had only one conclusion – bright and well-designed future is ahead of us!
