Monday BIG BERRY Chef! The best way to start a week is to start it with good food!
Today we have a special guest – Rihard Zupančič from Kmetija Zupančič. The farm invites you to enjoy the beautiful nature of Bela Krajina. There you can see the black cave salamander - (Proteus anguinus), which was discovered in Doblicica and later in the spring of Jelševnik. It was discovered 300 years after the white elm. The farm also offers home-made food along with juice and wine. The house specialty is lamb as well as baked and grilled trout. Rihard prepared for us delicious fish with mashed potatoes.
Drinking wine from Malnarič (everybody knows that fish and white wine is one of the best combinations), juice from Lamut and a magnificent dish with a spread from Zlati Ghee. Mondays are never a bad day when you are in Big BERRY!
