Another Romanian Town Getting Protection

The Saxon village of Viscri, the part of Romania's Brasov, started to introduce new rules for the visitors. According to Caroline Fernolend, vice president of the Mihai Eminescu Trust(MET) that is associated working on the cultural heritage of Transylvanian, Viscri has welcomed more than 35,000 tourists last year and these visitors occurred some damages that affect villages infrastructure, animal life etc. To prevent these problems, local authorities contacted with MET and European Commission to reduce these kinds of contaminations.

On the other hand, Viscri, as a historical town, host Prince Charles' favorite an 18th-century guesthouse. Local authorities believe that amount of visitors, air pollution parking problem will be waiting for the town if no one wants to prevent that.
