Sanja Jureško - born with the talent to paint

Sanja Jureško's path of life is art. It has been, it is and it will be something she loves to do and is happy to share with others. After graduating from the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb, Sanja mostly works in her studio to prepare her own, well-recognised exhibitions all over Croatia. Having grown up at the sea she takes it as her inspiration. Combined with her interest in psychology, she crafts individual paintings. Sanja does not necessarily want to adress a big crowd, she wants one person to be touched...to feel the painting and to take something out of it for life. Such as her painting for her master's thesis - a girl's face under water that suppresses her senses. Sometimes in life you just have to shut down, introvert and get in touch with yourself again.

Luckily for BIG BERRY, Sanja also assumes projects. That is why we invited her to our camp in Slovenia so she could gift us with some beautiful paintings of the riverside and funny portraits, which she draws without even looking at the paper.
