Dave Briggs - Discovering the world on his bike

A few weeks back we hosted a very inspiring visitor in our camp - Dave Briggs. Dave is an Englishman currently living in Greece who finds his balance in life through cycling. He takes these crazy cycling trips, for example from Alaska to Argentina or from England to South Africa. Travelling around the world on his bike is Daves preferred way of getting around. "Cycling is slow enough to experience everything around you yet fast enough to cover reasonable distances in a week." Currently, the bicycle takes Dave on unbeaten tracks through many baltic countries, including our beautiful Slovenia. At BIG BERRY, Dave took a couple days off cycling - off meaning going on 30km cycling trip around Bela krajina - and enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere in our camp.
