BIG BERRY – BB Art colony, Nina Urh – Luxury of Freedom exhibition is officially open!
BIG BERRY had the honour to open the exhibition BIG BERRY – BB Art colony, Nina Urh – Luxury of Freedom in the Museum of Contemporary Art in Zagreb (MSU Zagreb) on Wednesday, October 2nd. Exhibition was opened by Snježana Pintarić, director of MSU Zagreb; Maja Ogrizović, project manager of BB Art colony project and Matjaž Marko, Minister Counsellor in the Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia in Zagreb.
Snježana Pintarić emphasized that "the experience of the BIG BERRY resort on the banks of the Kolpa River in Metlika on the Croatian border is fantastic" and invited all visitors to visit the "a piece of the magnificent complex" exhibited at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Zagreb.
Maja Ogrizović presented the project BB Art colony, an exhibition featuring authors and their works that make up "a total of 343 m2 of street art in the middle of nature".
Matjaž Marko pointed out that BIG BERRY is "a great tourist concept that has added value, in this case art" and officially opened the exhibition.
The opening was attended by artists participating in the BB Art colony project as well as many art lovers.
The exhibition is open to the public until Sunday, October 27, 2019 at the Open Gallery on the ground floor of the Museum of Contemporary Art during the Museum’s opening hours.
The exhibition is the result of a successful collaboration between BIG BERRY and the Museum of Contemporary Art in Zagreb, which recognized the value of the project and supported its presentation to the general public.
