One-day trip and some tips!

If you have only one day to visit Salzburg, you really need some help to decide where to go!

The first advice we would give you is not to lock yourself in the museums if you have only one day! However, two museums you should visit are certainly: Mozart’s House and the Fortress Museum.

Start by the Mozart’s Museum, visit also Mirabell Gardens – just a block away, then walk through the old town, seat down for a bit at the oldest coffee house in Austria, Cafe Tomaselli, try some of their yummy delicacies, and then move up to the Fortress Museum, by walking or by funicular.

Ahh!! Enjoy the view. Up to the Fortress Hohensalzburg, not only the museum will give you the chance to feel the city, but the panoramic view will certainly make your head!
