This weekends' BB Chef was Filip Matjaž from 'Gostilna Tomi'. who prepared two delicious fish dishes, smoked trout combined with red cabbage, walnut, orange and horse radish sauce and bass with truffles and creamy mash potato.
Zlati Ghee gave a perfect touch to the truffle sauce combined with bass while Vizir beer took care of our thirsty tasters.
