Organized since 1998, the Mid Europe Festival is the largest wind music festival in the whole Europe. This year the festival will take place from 9th to 16th of July in the Austrian alpine resort town Schladming. More than 40 ensembles, consisting of about 2 500 musicians from all over the world will attend and perform in the festival.
The Mid Europe Festival is a blend of performances and educational opportunities as it invites musicians and bands from all over the world to participate in the event and to perform. Musicians attending the event will have opportunities for formal, open-air, late night, and church performances. The festival is also a great opportunity to interact and connect with musicians from all over the world.
