The next edition of BIG BERRY Chef will take place on this weekend (06th and 7th) at BIG BERRY Kolpa River with the chef Syu Poropat. A Chef at Hotel Kempinski Palace Portoroz.
Driven by passion, Syu Poropat started experiments in early childhood. When she was a little girl she loved to I help her mum in a kitchen, when she was old enough to cook by her own she loved cooking for her family. As a professional cook she cooks for 5 years. She have learned art of cooking by reading a lot of books, practice and a lot of her own experiments.
She cooks with a lot of passion. Cooking is not just her job...It‘s her favorite hobby, the way of life.
This amazing cook loves pastry... Bake, make delicious cakes and deserts. Syu Poropat is vegetarian, she enjoys creating vegetarian and vegan food.
That’s why this wonderful lady hopes to delight us with sweet dishes combining in them Berryshka products.
