The Jöbstl family has been running the award-winning fine distillery for three generations and the successful story sees no end. Walking in the footsteps of the female predecessors, Waltraud Jöbstl shows that distillery is not only a man’s business. In their shows, the distillery illustrates to visitors the theory and practice of distilling and tells everything to know about distilling fine spirits. Visitors will be following the workings of the award-winning distiller while smelling and tasting - from the mashing to the filling in the fine bottles. The museum of the distillery presents the private collection with exhibits from Austria and Slovenia providing an extraordinary experience that introduces the visitors to the world of the highly intellectual essences.
