Europe’s largest youth sports festival The United World Games is coming to Klagenfurt on June 21 -24. More than 10 000 athletes from over 40 countries gather to battle in 14 different sports, including soccer, basketball, volleyball, tennis and many more. The Games are taking place in 25 different venues across Klagenfurt and in the Players Town participants can spend their spare time enjoying international dinner or relaxing in the fun and entertainment area.
The United World Games is held under the patronage of UNESCO and it pursues to aid the understanding among the different nationalities. This aim is encouraged by side events such as the Opening Ceremony, Players Party and Gala evening which will be held at the EURO Stadium. This huge event brings together different nationalities to have fun, enjoy sports and many other activites.
