Uroš Raztresen captures the most precious moments of peoples lives

Uroš Raztresen is a self-taught Slovenian photographer and videographer who describes himself as reliable, persistent and determined. He has visited us at BIG BERRY multiple times and has created amazing videos of our Kolpa river resort.

Uroš started his career in photography ten years ago in a way by accident: he did not know that in just a few years his hobby would turn into a dear passion and profession. From the start, Uroš acquired the skills in photography all by himself by practicing intensively and by reading the materials from the internet. That is maybe why his advice for people interested in photography is to go and take photos every day: “practice is the key to success”, he says.

For Uroš, the best source of inspiration are the people he works with and the happy faces of satisfied clients. He mostly does wedding photography and the most important thing for him is to capture the best parts of these precious moments his clients trust him with. Other than weddings, Uroš loves to shoot landscapes and other nature photography.

Apart from photographing, Uroš is extremely gifted at making videos. He has done commercials, music and wedding videos, and in 2017 the Municipality of Metlika granted him recognition for exceptional creations and work in the field of film creativity.

During 2016 and 2017 Uroš has visited us at BIG BERRY Kolpa resort several times and shot gorgeous videos of our resort and different events. Uroš himself describes his visits as ‘relaxed, successful and interesting’ and we agree with him!
